The basics of any business is catching the public pulse and what they need, so a tonne of money can be made in a short period of time, now if you are early in this game great, but if you are late you loose out,since trends come and go like fire, like fidget spinners,electric boards ,etc etc etc.You can just check whats trending in the market and what people are talking about via social media,friends and basically sniff out an opportunity.
FOR 2020 - Electric self transportation is hot niche right now and new I think anyone can make easy profits if you choose the right products at the right time
I recently got an idea which I am considering setting up a local business for and I think it's something anyone can do. Electric bikes are still hot, you can see it in google keywords and will get hotter over time since buying a tesla now is only possible for the 2% but getting the same technology on your bike is possible for the other 98%

The business method is:
step 1: buy electric bike conversion kit with battery from china for ~$150 or lower in bulk, you can start by buying 5-10 of these and these can be easily resold so no loss preposition
step 2: learn how to install it,or hire a bike mechanic - very easy stuff any teen can do
step 3: buy advertising in local newspaper,online marketplace,social media,banners-which will cost you pennies the ad should be something like "we will make your bike to electric,save money and energy peddling, tech of the future,convert normal bike into
tesla of bikes etc etc for lets say $300"
step 4: wait for calls
step 5: go to customers address or ask the customer to drop his bike at your place, dont let the customer see the process as its very easy and any once can do, and if he sees your work make it look long and hard,since installing is very easy

you just made $150 in 1-2 hours of work,and its a totally practically white hat earning, you can put a sticker of your LOGO or contact number on the converted bike and it will be an eye candy for most people to watch a bike pedaling itself, they all have old bikes at home and would love to turn into a cool electric bike ,just to show off 
- its a fully functional and practical tech of the future ,so future proof and word of mouth promotions will bring rad sales
With this approach you don't need to bother creating a website to start making money right away, you just need a new simcard to answer the calls. Of course creating a website is always beneficial, but you can do it later when scaling your business.after a few orders you can find cheaper deals by buying in bulk from chineese e-com sites like alibaba etc ,You can make more money by providing small Addons to the bike like displays,meters,digital instruments,bigger battery,custom handles ,etc etc there are 100 of bike add ons you can buy for $5-$30 and flip for $50-$100 easy
If you have a friend who is good with repairing bikes etc. you can outsource the work right away or give it to contractors, so you can focus on the sales and marketing aspects
This is a new idea that I am still thinking about, so I am open to any criticism and ideas.and business consultant
