Just got my replacement and refund for quest 2 and the elite strap with battery this morning. Went the route of MM with no issues and the total time since item delivery was around 3 weeks (1-2 weeks to get replacement and 1 week to get a refund). Don't sleep on this and if you want peace of mind use recommended mm.  Overall experience 10/10
