This is a soft unlock recovery service. I do need to login to your battle net account that is linked to your Activision account. Camos will be saved as blueprints that do NOT disappear unless you delete them.

How Do I link a Battle net to my Activision account?
1. Open your browser and go to activision.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. On the top right, click on the Profile icon.
4. Go to Account Linking Settings.
5. Look for the option called Link to Battle.Net.
6. Enter your BattleNet account details and click on Continue.
7. Follow the instructions to complete the linking process.
