A MM is there to ensure a smooth transaction, not to facilitate a robbery on the buyers behalf. 

When you get a bit older and start doing business in the real world, you'll understand why it makes zero sense for me to give the buyer a chance to scam with their weird MM requests. Since when was it a thing to give the buyer an option to full on get their purchase for free? I have proof of earnings on my post to prove the method has, and still can earn me money. I have zero protection when it comes to the sketchy MM bullshit. All it takes is one bad actor to come along as say they didn't make any money, even when they did.

Again, for anyone who wants to know, these are my MM terms:  The money is released as soon as the guide is delivered.
