notice though, when you click the edit icon (on the top left of your image viewe,) and click "Fix & Finalize"

you bring out a lot of natural skin textures and natural imperfections? it also corrected the massive lip anomaly, not perfect but if the anomaly was less intense it would have handled it! You can also click (Tweak on the top left) to get a very simillar post and model until all the anomalies have been ironed out! makes it even better when you Finalize your Synthetika

The hair became a little oversharp now since you  already upscaled your image but you get what I mean :)

UPDATE:
A new feature has been added that enables auto-synthesis by default, this will help newcomers generate images with SYnthetik AI without advanced mode being forced on you.
The categories menu now appears by default so you can experiment and see whats possible :)
