I can recommend smartbox and the hotel. Everything worked easy and well. The hotel was perfect. Really clean, comfortable and modern room. OP is very friendly and helpful, I made a smartbox order without MM for the first time and everything went smoothly. He helped me with everything and was looking forward to my booking. Will certainly buy again from him, vouch for this guy!

I know I have a new account and that might look fishy, but you gotta start somewhere right?
I recently went to a roadtrip around Europe and used his hotel services for many nights. I think we did something around at least 6 bookings (or more). All hotels in Italy asked for ID verification upon checking-in to the hotel if the stay time was more than one night. Only one hotel took a copy of my ID but the rest just looked and verified the name and gave it back. I'm not sure about how safe/secure is his methods but I'll update here again if anything happens. However I realized that many hotels don't ask for any documentation or the gift card if the stay is only for one night, at least that's what happened to us. In the end we could save a lot by paying only 50% for our hotel stays. Booking was always smooth and I got a lot of help finding hotels and places to look from him. I only stayed in 4 stars hotel for a very reasonable prices. Thanks again for all your help and hopefully will use your services soon again. Feel free guys to ask any question if you had about the process and I'll try to answer as soon as I see them. |
