Any piece of malware that builds a payload will always be detected as malicious.
As the user above also mentioned, whether it shows no detections or 100 detections. You should never open untrusted software on your own machine.
Get an RDP, Install a Win 10 box in a Virtual Machine or at the very least use Sandboxie Plus or the Windows Sandbox Environment.

It's the stub from the RAT that is so heavily detected. It is a free/cracked RAT. Thousands of people downloaded it and used it to spread. The stub doesn't get updates, so it's heavily detected and will likely become even more detected over time.
You can check it yourself by generating a payload and scanning it on VT or Hybrid Analisys :)

There are also files that has 0 detection but they are 100% infected

Fo sho, if the file is properly crypted it could be runtime and scantime undetected but still be a dangerous virus. Never open untrusted programs on your own machine.
