Hey,
Always wondered why so many FA account store have so many products. Do they use a single checker for each platform or is there a good one that checks many at once?

Can't comment on what stores do, but if it was me I would have dedicated checkers for each targeted service running in parallel...ideally on multiple machines.

Kind of in a similar vein, I asked a question a while ago if people were using databases for their personal checkers, but didn't get any responses.  Using flat files are fine when you're dealing with a couple hundred hits, but when you are checking millions of accounts across multiple services you kind of need a better way to track everything and make sure you aren't duplicating work, rechecking the same credentials that might be in multiple data dumps, or for a store...trying to sell an account with access to one service, when the same account has a higher value service associated with it.

Okay thank you very much for the detailed answer. Has helped me a lot!
