Amazon keeps closing my acc's after refunding

So I refunded amazon a few times, now when I create an account there it always ends up getting closed
Not sure if it's my address or what, I've tried changing it around eg:
101 milton street > milton street, 101, 101, milton st....etc etc
Also tried something similar with my name, yet somehow amazon always catches my accounts after I buy something and closes them, stating I've previously closed an account in the past.
I've tried different browsers, different IP's, no old cookies etc, any idea how they're catching me, and what I should do in this situation to keep refunding?

Also sorry if this isn't in the right section, I looked and couldn't find a refunding discussion section
