Anonymous E-Mail Provider?

Hello guys, I'm looking for E-Mail Provider who provides anonymous mail accounts, like no logs, offshore host, no kyc and so on.
On my search I've found names like Tutanota, Proton or Cyberfear but are those really anonymous? I also did read that Proton cooperated with the gov before, are there alternatives and which one is trustable?

any big mail provider like proton works with the gov, i think at best you create your own email hosting but even then you will have to find a domain provider which doesnt work with the gov

Your best bet would be tutanota which most privacy oriented peeps use
