Which device are you using? Steam has plenty of choice and you can categories so it shows only RPG games.
Although if you are using a console then which one?

I am currently playing Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord and would highly recommend that with specific mods on if you're looking to play for long periods of time.

I would actually recommend Red Dead 2, although released way too early, they've been doing well with the updates and the story line is pretty impressive.

I don't think you'll find a game as good as The Witcher 3 though so might have to lower your standards.
