Please refer here to my previous scam report that got him banned. https://cracked.to/Thread-This-user-is-p...cam-server I stumbled across the same scam marketplace server again because his friends were dm advertising in cracked.to legit servers so they can scam people. Anyways I join and I notice he is still in there so I decided to message him. (Everyone is shown in the screenshots) Not sure who unbanned him but that blows my mind how he got unbanned. Anyways let me write a list of why he is scamming.

1. Hes selling me an iphone that is "social engineered"
2. He linked me a c.to profile that isn't even his and said it was "his first account" on c.to. (Once I told him im opening this scam report he deleted that message)
3. For proof check screenshots and he even viewed the account ON HIS MAIN like an idiot.

Please ban him again lmao im not even sure why he got unbanned in the first place.

 EDIT: to short up the reply’s (you can also read it yourself) he says that he was so ashamed to have a report on his account he decided to fake being msgifts as if thats an excuse for attempting to scam. Second he never acknowledges the fact you can’t SE iphones and thats what he was offering me. He is a high role in the server that is a complete scam and the owner is a known scammer in many communities. Then the user tries twisting it around saying im a scammer this and that and I told him feel free to open a scam report on me (which he never did lol) because this is a scam report about him if he wants to make one about me he can go ahead and do so. And then he starts going on about how attempted scams are not a ban worthy offense (yes he said this go look on page 2) and c.to doesn’t own discord so showing proof of what he said on discord is irrelevant (LOL yes he said this too) and also claims I showed 0 proof where everything I said in this edit and in my original post. You can find the screenshots for my claims in the original post and look at the replies to see how delusional this scammer is. I hope staff sees this and just looks at the replies. 

Additional Information: This guy is an idiot lol I knew he was stupid but damn he is another level of stupid. He even had the nerve to tell me he did nothing wrong then deleted the message of him saying his first account was @MsGifts lol

It seems this person has had it in for me for quite a while. In the previous scam report, he reported me for proxy selling for a "known scammer" While there are a lot of gray areas pertaining to what happened around that, he went ahead and scammed the same man he accused of being a scammer. I have asked the scammed to corroborate. In the mean time here are some screenshots

I am requesting to see his server and members who can affirm that he is not a scammer. This is nothing but another case of some personal vendetta. That was Discord, not cracked.to. I have not posted anything, sold anything, or done anything on Cracked.to to promote any scams or any of the sort. It is just a matter of heresay and since it is Discord where he instigated it by DMing ME first, I have not broken C.to rules regarding marketplaces as I have re-read them. I will be asking the scammed person to reply as well.

In addition: This user has NO commitment or contribution to C.to whatsoever. He is merely a whistleblower who loves to seek trouble. As you can see from his posts and replies, he is only here to leech. He has 2 posts: 1. A Scam report which he was not even directly involved in and 2. A question. He has done nothing in investing in this website or contributing. Since the time I was last reported, I did no such thing as to make posts, or harm anyone again as I agreed to uphold the c.to rules. This happened on Discord, and not Cracked.to.

(As shown in my original post in the screenshots) I don’t think so as thats why you deleted that message you claiming that. This scam report is about YOU scamming so lets stick to the topic.

This has to do with the fact that YOUR WORD is not credible. You have no integrity and have done the same thing you are accusing me of. IN addition, you have no proof I am trying to scam you. I have not scammed anyone before and on top of that the reason I sent another c.to account was because I was not proud of having someone reporting me in the first place. It was not to scam you and yes I have vouches on Vective, although I am not sure where their server has gone. The fact of the matter is that A. I HAVE DONE NOTHING ON C.TO TO HARM THE COMMUNITY AFTER YOUR REPORT and B. Your word has no worth and you have absolutely no proof that I was scamming you and C. YOU HAVE SCAMMED! YOU HAVE DONE THE SAME THING YOU ARE ACCUSING OF. Isn't this a little ironic?

If you are so confident please pull up the DMS between you and Hooky. In addition please provide your server. You have scammed him and you are trying to cover it up now. This is highly relevant to this thread as you are doing the exact same things that you are accusing of. The very truth, I swear upon it, the reason sent you the other C.to account was because I was not proud of having a scam report on my profile, especially when it was a SCAMMER that reported me. It felt unjust to me. But now that I have proof of you scamming, there is no weasling out of this.
