localIP is your ipv4 local address
If you open port 5432, you can receive a proxy from another computer, but instead of the local address, insert an external IP
In a text file U.txt can submit their sites. Soft itself will find there a proxy, check and give out the links. This will increase the proxy pool.
I hope this program will save you from constant yawing on the sites in search of fresh proxies.
UPD. Proxies are collected and checked cyclically. on 200 streams. With a new loop, live proxies are not deleted. The check system does not load the CPU at all from the word in general, which will allow the software 24/7 without compromising PC performance.
