Additional Information: Paid user $65 for a CashApp Direct Deposit enabled account proceeds to send me an account without direct deposit enabled and a locked Cash Card. I inform about it and then he proceeds to not send me what I paid for. I asked for a refund and then he refuses to refund me. Continues to stall.
