Best current MMO to play

Hey guys, I'm looking to get back into MMOs. I quit WoW after Cataclysm dropped, and since then the only online games I've tried are Lost Ark (which I've dropped since because of the monetization issues) and Warframe (which I barely classify as an MMO). But to answer OP's question, I don't think an MMO game WITHOUT a toxic high level playerbase exists... Oh yeah maybe Toontown Corporate Clash !
