You can code one fairly easily.
Make it read each line from the combo and if the line contains (for example) .com then write that line to another text file
I WILL IGNORE YOU IF YOU PM ME WITH UNDESCRIPTIVE SUBJECTS LIKE "hello"

No coding needed.

Download emeditor or notepad++

If you want to filter out all lines with eg. .com in it, then do this:
find all with .com: (in notepad++ u will need to use match and find all in document)
while in emeditor u just click select all and then extract to a new file.
