COVID-19 Vaccine - Opinions?

What’s your opinion on the COVID-19 vaccine? It’s due to be available to us all by next year.

Will you be getting it? What’s your reasons?

I'm of mixed opinions if I'm to be completely honest. Part of me would like it just for peace of mind; but at the same time I think I'll wait a while, see what happens, and get other opinions.

P.S. Pardon the first post, but I saw this thread and was genuinely curious as well about what others are thinking.

They haven't fully tested the vaccine so anyone who takes the 1st generation vaccine is being part of an experiment in my opinion.

Also the vaccine isn't even needed. Your body naturally becomes immune to it after a couple weeks of getting it. COVID only seems to kill old people and those who already have serious health issues. If you're generally healthy then COVID can't kill you so idk why the world is making a big deal about it.

Man I don't mind them, but I wouldn't put it into my body (not rational, mainly out of fear, lack of trust, and a hint of conspiracy).  Though it's hypocritical of me because my nose has been through a lot of low quality powders.

I guess I'll take it eventually.  But right now I'd just feel like a Guinea pig because it was approved so quickly.  Plus at least one of the approved vaccines involves a cloned antibody.  That just seems weird to have that injected into your body.  I'm waiting to see the results of others who've taken it.
