The problem with this case is that you completely ignored me and didnt give me any info to do this deal in normal and healthy way.
First i asked you a few times about "Is it a problem that i had use this service in my other account and etc" You didnt tell me thats a problem and this may cause a problem.
You even told me that i can do second fake refund from the same account i did before, which is big negligence from your side.
I would like staff to review this case and give us advice what to do.
Also, you failed refunds for a few other people and i think, at least your "service" should be removed, because you can cause a lot of more loses to customers by your negligence..

I only see a frustrated noobie here that cant get his shit together cuz he messed up having a non clean account with "fake" details. Copperhorse isnt responsible to babysit you, he is only the guy that makes refunds. also u didnt pay anything to him, completely useless and cringe to open a deal dispute over this just ask amazon to refund ur money paid.
