Firs of all, a big thanks to the uploader.
Two things to take into account:
1.You won't have access to future updates or to repositories with new functions.This will always be the 2017 version.No updates.
2.Before you start the program  EVERYTIME  use  a vpn that will change your IP.If you don't use a VPN your access to pixinsight site will be blocked.I think they block your IP class so don't bother restarting the router for a new IP coz it won't work.Still blocked.This second rule is not mandatory if you don't want to buy the software in the future.I didn't know that and now I can't access their site if I ever want to buy the program to be able to have the latest version.I must use a vpn .Too bad it's not open sourced and it's even more expensive since a couple of months.

For point 2, I first thought my MAC address is blocked. After I delete all the registry values about PixInSight and re-install the software, the crack is not able to work anymore...

Because of the crack, pixinsight website is forwarded to 127.0.0.1. That's why you cannot reach it.
If You want to access pixinsight website, you have delete its row from the hosts file.
In Windows 10 the hosts file is located at c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

Instructions
Once you install the .rar, first install the PI-windows .exe and follow its instructions. After it's installed, don't launch the application, close the .exe and run PixInsight 1.8.exe which will crack it. Once that's complete you can open up PixInsight and do whatever you needed to do. I currently use this for astrophotography and it works perfectly!
