Additional Information:
Purchased a stealth account, for paypal, He promised no HOLD, but yet there was a hold on all payments.
Still i was okay and proceeded, now its permanently limited with 2k in it

Reason for refund-Hold payments when sellers told it wont, limited within a month

Well he did message me a day after that he's transactions were being put on hold which i thought it wouldn't be the case since it wasn't happening with mine and other accounts i made. Although that issue happened he continued to use it for 18 more days and now he demands a refund even tho my warranty says 24h after delivery, i did say it shouldn't get limited within a month as a probability plus it's out of my hands as its well known that autoshops don't go along with PayPal.

Stealth accounts are meant to be used for long term, Not cracked.

It doesn't matter what kind of account it is as it's stated the length of the warranty, even if it was 10 days you'd still wouldn't be covered.

If the payments being put on hold didn't suit you should have asked for a refund on the spot not proceeded 17 more days, and i specially said shouldn't as of probably not.
