i personally think, the couple should talk about it first and if the woman says she doesnt want to have a kid, then she shouldnt since its her carrying the child and not being forced into having a kid by her husband/bf
so no, it shouldnt be illegal it helps young dumb teens to not have a child too cuz they did some stupid stuff at a young age and are not ready for kids
