Does anyone know a way to get a twitter account banned? [20$ btc reward]

Theres some douchebag threatening to dox my friends and i thought it would be funny to get him banned.  Does anyone know a reliable way to do so?   the account is fairly new, 2 months, has only like 150 followers.  There's definitely some stuff that can be argued as "against tos" such as public threats to post personal information and harassment but we all know that the report button can be hit or miss.  would a bot that spams hundreds of reports work?  if so, does a bot exist?

if you post a method that works and is feasible (as in doesnt involve hours on hours of my time to do) i will send you 20$ in bitcoin so leave an address along with your post.

the guy already has 3 twitter profiles that hes using to retweet himself with and theres a tweet admitting to it, will that get him banned?

3 or 4 accounts it doesn't matter. Just make same twitter accounts and collect the URLS of those and submit a report against the user
