Man this wallet of yours is compromised. No way of getting out coins in that wallet. There might be someone out there offering a 'recovery service' for this , but its very likely its a scam as this issue is so niche.
What your having is actually called a 'sweeper bot' (in this case one on solana chain) - your wallets private key was compromised somehow. Now this bot is running on an rdp or vps somewhere 24/7 and has access to ur private key and will write off transactions itself the very moment solana comes in from somewhere. It's impossible to beat it unless u make a custom bot which somehow is faster (even then , its a lost case if the sweeper bot/hacker has setup multisignature meaning another wallet has to authorize any transaction for this wallet for it to happen and also custom bot development = more money spent).
