You were supposed to handle KYC verification for me, which included providing the front and back of an ID, a selfie, a verification selfie on a link I provided, and proof of adress (utility bill) Instead, you sent me a woman's ID that wasn’t even proper proof that I asked for. It turned out to be a photo of her bus card, not an ID. I was willing to pay you $150 for everything, including verification, but you couldn't handle the basic tasks. The documents you provided had truncated or blurred data, making them unusable. When I asked for address verification from a utility bill, you sent me something from a transport letter. You wasted my time for 8 hours, and the documents I received were useless.

Why should I pay you $150 for documents that I could easily get for $10-20? The deal was $150 if you completed the selfie verification, but you failed to do even that. You didn’t provide any proof that I lied to you.

I deleted our conversation and decided not to work with you anymore because you clearly have lack of knowledge. You provided me with documents that I can't use to set up a company. You also claimed that I set up a Revolut account for on these documents, which is impossible without KYC verification.

It seems like you’re just trying to make easy money off me, and based on the reviews on your profile, I'm likely not the only person you've tried to scam.

In conclusion, you gave me a front and back ID, a selfie, and address confirmation that wasn’t what I asked for, and you didn’t complete the selfie verification.
