The method im gonna explain to you works in EU/USA/UK (micro soft)
1. First of all create a email adress with the same name in it as the person from the package, also i recommend to use a phone number(buy a sim or google voice)
2. Second thing you need is a serial number + picture + video
Serial number can you find on ebay or any other local marketplace, its also possible to buy a SN on forum
Picture same story as the SN
About the video you can use a corrupted file or you just buy a laptop so you can take picture + video
!! Keep in mind if you choose to buy a laptop you still need another SN and let someone on forum Photoshop this for you!!
(SN needs to match with the type laptop)
3. Add the SN to products on youre micro soft account
4. Go to their support and start to talk with them (best to call but chat is also good)
Say something why its not turning on anymore , if you say it was making some noise for a few days you have big change they know its not a battery problem.
(create youre own story)
Other tip overhere is to have a good knowledge about the product you want to hit. Keyboard,lights etc
5. Now after you started this they gonna ask you for all your details.
6. After some trouble shooting they gonna say you need to send them this laptop, at this moment you get a label in youre inbox.
Use a boxing service for this and use Lit.
7. 2 weeks after starting the lit contact them and ask if they already found out what the turning on problem is.
Now they gonna say its not arrived , they gonna contact the carrier (youre cool, carrier is responsible at this moment)
8. After some complaing they gonna say the case is solved and they send you the replacement.
9. Stay not every day with them in contact but dont let them take to much time, its possible to do this whole se in 3 weeks
If you dont have a drop you can do this but i will not recommend this
What you need : Fake digital id and some balls
Use a random adress nearby (nearby a ups pick up point +1)
If the package is refused at the door , the carrier will bring this to a nearby pick up point.
Most of the time its ups so use their app to see where you need to be.
Go inside and act you forgot youre passport/idcard
Search on youre phone for this or "ask someone at youre home to make a picture"
And ALWAYS use a vpn or something else you like to use!!
