So we’ve got a live gig coming up this coming Friday (our first live gig ever other than playing in basements and such). It was taken on short notice but it’s a local bar and we know the area so we took them up on the offer. Anyways my questions come from lack of knowledge on PA systems. We’re only 2 guys, 1 acoustic guitar and 1 singer. What bare minimum do we need. We have a sm58 mic and I have an acoustic electric guitar with 1/4 jack (obviously). Would it be best to just run my guitar to an xlr adapter straight to a speaker along with the mic. Or I’ve saw some people have a 1/4 cable ran to some kind of DI box then to the speaker. I’d also like to have a tuner pedal incase of emergency so could I run my 1/4 jack from guitar to Tina’s pedal, hook the 1/4 to xlr adapter into the pedal and then from pedal to the speaker https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/ . Sorry I’m advance for the ignorance!
