i am looking for a solution for my problem and i think you are able to help me :)

I wish to participate in a draw on a website to win a gift, (on a specific day for a period of only 15 minutes, it does not last in time ...) but the site only allows one participation by IP address
So I would like to know if it is possible thanks to software or other (proxy VPN ...) a way to change your IP address in one click, and thus increase my participation in this draw.
From what I understand, a proxy uses an ip address of a server, so if another person uses this same proxy, the ip address of the proxy will already have been "grilled" for the draw?
Is there a way to generate a "new" IP address quickly and infinitely?

I know my question seems a bit far-fetched but I can't find answers :)
