I've been using these cards for refunding for quite a while... best way to do refunds up to 1K$ fully anonymously

The site is:


You can create a VCC funded with crypto, without any KYC or even site account registeration. They work all around the world with any name or billing adress on the card. I ordered on Amazon.de and my cardholder name was Nigger Penis.
They allow refunds on the card, and to cashout just buy cryptovouchers, etc. (find your own way)

Only downsides are the expensive card fees, for a 1K USD balance card u need to pay 1150$. IMO all worth it when they're unlimited and fully anonymous (bc of the billing addy and cardholder name of ur choice). They also work to verify paypal and use it for PayPal transactions.
