1.Steam Inhalation
Fill a bowl with hot, steaming water and place it on a stable surface. Sit with your head over the bowl and inhale the steam for 10-15 minutes. This can help open your airways, reduce inflammation, and relieve nasal congestion.

2.Use a Humidifier
A humidifier adds moisture to the air, increasing the room’s humidity. The added moisture can soothe irritation and swelling in your nasal passages and sinuses, helping to clear a blocked nose. It also helps thin mucus, making it easier for it to drain and allowing you to breathe more easily.

3.Take a Hot Shower
The steam from a hot shower works similarly to steam inhalation, helping to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages and loosen thick mucus.

4.Stay Hydrated
Drinking plenty of fluids helps thin thick mucus, allowing it to drain more easily and reducing sinus pressure, helping to relieve congestion.

5.Nasal Sprays
Nasal sprays, such as SUDAFED® Blocked Nose Spray, provide quick relief by reducing sinus and nasal swelling. They improve airflow and mucus drainage, easing pressure so you can breathe better. The spray is non-drowsy and can be used at any time. Be sure to read the accompanying leaflet before using it.

6.Decongestant Tablets
SUDAFED® Decongestant Tablets contain pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, which helps reduce nasal swelling and unblock your nose, providing effective relief from congestion by narrowing swollen blood vessels, allowing mucus and air to flow more freely.

7.Decongestant Liquids
Our decongestant liquids, formulated with pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, offer effective relief from nasal and sinus congestion. This soothing syrup helps alleviate congestion caused by colds, promoting easier breathing through the nose.

8.Warm Compress
Applying a warm compress, such as a damp cloth, to your forehead and nose can help open your sinuses from the outside. To make a compress, soak a towel in warm water, wring out the excess, and place it on your forehead and the bridge of your nose. The heat reduces sinus inflammation and discomfort.
