I recently decided to try to refund adidas.com so I bought a pair of Yeezy Boost 380 for $230 and waited for them to get delivered.
It’s been 2 days since it’s been delivered but once I go to the live chat and do a DNA the employees always tells me to contact the carrier to launch a investigation. Anyone can help me with this? I never ran into these issues with nike or footlocker
