Hello! I ordered a Car Trim Removal from eBay and it costs 27 EUR. I wanted to DNA, on Parcel and 17Track it sais "Succesfully Delivered. Delivered to: <MyName>" On eBay on tracking code doensn't show that the item has been delivered. The eBay tracking code shows " Feb 3, 2022 Arrival at Processing Center" (in China and I live in Europe). How can i SE it? i was thinking to DNA with seller and than if it fails to do Empty Box on eBay Ticket. Is it ok? If you had been in my place what would you have done? I have a 4 years old account with 28 positive feedbacks as a buyer and 0 negative feedbacks. FTID is not possible because the price to ship an item to China costs 25 euro. Thank you

Even though the eBay tracking hasn't updated, it usually takes a couple of days to finally update. Therefore I suggest to not do dna.

Eb sounds good. And I'm sure if you do decide to do ftid ebay will pay for the return label? Hopefully someone can confirm this or not.

If you open an eBay claim then I'm pretty sure ebay covers the cost if you strictly say it was not as described?
