the hungry bunny did walk thru the worrying part,a little step by step until he reached the carriot garden, anxiety is fear, generally a fear of the own symptoms and worrying about something happening in the future, remember than being brave is not having no fear but not stopping because of it

When I have anxiety I just walk it off. I use to have to walk 6 hrs for it to go away but now it only takes about an hour. Plus you just feel good after.

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with anxiety and depression. One thing that's helped me is to practice mindfulness and deep breathing exercises. Just try taking time to focus on the present moment! Also, consider talking to a counselor or therapist if you haven't already.
