Hey guys,
I am a webmaster, noob PHP dev and a few other things.
I have been working on a unique URL Shortener that pays members 100% of their ad earnings. The concept is novel and I am sure many of you guys will find useful. I tried posting about it in https://cracked.io/Forum-Monetizing-Techniques but it won't let me post, cause I am a new member.
Can someone help me out? What requirements are there to post in Monetization section?
