I bought an advertisement space and in the ads panel there is a message;

3 Months, 2 Weeks, 5 Days, 22 Hours, 8 Minutes
ETA For adding

Should i wait 4 months to have my ads visible? Isnt it too much ? Maybe something is going very wrong here?

the wait is because users bought the spaces before you Sir! 
 It tells you that in the Rule Section. And it is what you agreed to prior of payment 

" Order for pushing queued ad(s) into active spot is determinated on received payment date"
