I don't understand how citizen ID card/national identity card is used to make money ??
Lot of news article wrote that it may used to request loan, but in my view..
most of loan website is super secure that require their user to do lot of verification instead of just one scanned ID card,
how it can be ??
In the other option it may sold in some forum, but again why there is someone buying it ??
