How to run a business on discord?

So, i have "created" a method that makes food quite cheap.

I've worked for B4U's before, but i have not ever ran one.

So i thought with this lovely method, and my previous experience. I would start my own B4U business.

I have some things in mind on how to run the business but i do not know if it is enough.

I went ahead and made a discord server that doesn't look too awful. And i made a decent website that'll always have the updated server invites, incase the current discord gets banned. I made mee6 dm the website so it doesnt get lost.

I thought some methods of traffic could be, multiple good discord vanity links or perhaps some memberships on RF or C.IO so i can actually post in the marketplace.

Maybe i should get some sort of smm service to boost social medias for my business. I could focus on a non-forum community and possibly profit even more.

Or maybe i should just avoid the work, and sell the method itself.

What are some ways to get traffic, but most importantly.
How do i get my first 100 customers? 
How do i get people to trust and vouch for me?

What ideas do you have for me?

There are a lot of b4u’s and without a rank and forum upgrade you will never be able to compete with them sadly

It is such a large and saturated market.

But i believe as long as i stay available, i can catch some of the strays off of these bigger services.

I think if i can hit 10 customers a day, i could easily profit from it. and i do not see that being too hard to achieve.

if you brought me cheaper and better methods than other competitors i could advertise for you or part own the business with you to bring you
more customers, but only if our service brings something more to customers than other services
