This is Another Way:

1-go to http://textmechanic.com
2-Choose "add Prefix Or Suffix into Line".
3-Paste Your Luminati proxies In the Input box.
4-in prefix Write: (http)
5-And click on "Add Prefix/or Suffix"
6-Copy The Text From Output Box And Paste Them In Openbullet Proxies As HTTP
7- Done

thank u for ur another way but i take it and i have only retries by start openbullet ---- and i  dont check the proxys
