I am thinking about offering an identity service

So basically I am thinking about offering a service that gives new identities. It will come with an email, a chime bank account, an ID, and possibly a PayPal account as well. Is this something I can do here? And what about prices? I was thinking $400 for the full setup.

way 2 expensive for what it is. chimes r worth $50 at the most n paypals fully verified r also $50 at the most. its pretty easy to make them on your own as well
