With Automatic Patch utility, for both Federal and States eFiling.
 
First, here is a copy of TurboTax Installer for 2023. (EXE officially signed by and from Intuit)

 
Patching is pretty straightforward, please see the Readme.txt.
Whenever TurboTax updates, just run the same Patch tool again without having to wait for updated patched DLLs, if needed.
 
Feel free to virus scan the patch utility exe, there is nothing malicious in there, just some DLL patching code using the well known DnSpy instructions.

I do not think this is a patcher. seems some kind of crypto hacking .exe, do not install in my opinion. there is no way this patch the dll files automatically.

I had similar suspicion. I checked through VirusTotal and everything looks good to me
