Is takefile.com premium a scam? + what is the best way to purchase it?

I want to download movies on Takefile.com that will take 14 days w/o premium access. I am nervous to make the payment because theres 10+ different links on the site to make the payment and when I tried the "visa" method my bank declined it due to possible fraudulent activity.

I am curious if anyone knows if the site is a scam and what the best method to purchase premium is,

I also want know it
because when try create login it goes to error page 
500 internal error
after refreshing it comes with new signup page
and says
the previous information given is they already have it
after giving 10 to 15 random fake email id they collect all email id and goes to error
never makes an account

seems pretty suspicious

got takefile premium  for a month

only 65 gb / 2 days
so barely 975 gb/month

when the download link is open suddenly the download quota is exhausted even when no download is started 
worst file host ever in mu life. with very high cost
