.LOLI What is a .loli file and how do i use it with Openbullet?

Sorry guys for being such a noob but hopefully someone can help me. What exactly is openbullet and what does it do? There is a .loli file that i got from this site called "Flingster with Capture" and i was confused how to use it or what exactly it is. Does it unlock the premium features on flingster.com? If so how do i use it as i currently have no clue, any help would be appreciated, once again i apologise for being so clueless

What the .loli file does depends on the code inside it.

To "activate" the file, go to your OpenBullet folder, find Configs, and paste the .loli in there.

Then run Openbullet.exe -> Configs you should see it in there..

But then I dont know what can i do... I need a specific wordlist? I press start and "BOT STATUS: FAIL"
