this is day number 7 and this rdp seller having all my data in hostage , and rdp is offline
i have rented sip lines for $2000 for 10 days and all data are on rdp
he never announce that will be a blackout for all these days, frist time was for 12 hours and he told that everything is ok throw his tg channel and suddenly he cut out of service for 7 days till now.
tll now i lost $1400 and still counting
as he make a fortune for renting his servers (extra crowded) he have to pay for mistakes
e very day he say will be online but he is just egnoring me

Our apologies, but we have been working on this node for the past few days and have been failing to get it back up and running.
We have again ordered parts so that we can do some replacements and hopefully get it up after that.
In case of your data this is still safe and will not get corrupted, but we can't extract it or relocate this VPS as long as this node is offline.

my work on rdp is worth money and if i dont have rdp online today i will open scammer theard on all forums and even they do not block you will remain tha bad reputation and scammer theard this is all i can do for now

this is second time in 2 days that server is not working for serval hours !! can u resolve and tell me why?

today is the 10 day and he still lock my rdp , lost all my work worth 2k and still cant get my files from there

@Liars yes , service returned after 11 days of cut off , after i lost 2k worth of my work , i need ur judge please if i can get compensation for this or he just have to refund this days to me , i will not ever use his service again , he didnt announce of cut of service and he didnt do anything serious to help me restore my service as soon as possible , so i need your judgement . thank you

@wearegood We do not handle damage claims. However, @CrazyRDP will need to compensate you for the downtime. So, he will have to add extra days for the downtime that you have missed. Do so within 24 hours.
