People here get paid directly PER project in 95% of the cases.

Even if so, that's not 50/50 it's still an upfront payment. That was my point.
And professional developers charge per hour, look on Upwork.com and also companies that specialize in a certain type of development (e.g Blockchain).
People on these forums, most of the time are lazy & unprofessional, and usually kids lol..
But anyways my point was is most developers want to be paid upfront/through MM not 50/50 projects.
