Hi Forum Name,
 

• I'm a web developer and I have a forum of 12k Members getting every day 100-150+ new members.
  
• For now, I'm looking for one person who is interested in investing in our forum and he will get a percentage of the income.
  
• The investment won't go for the hosting or domain because I have paid for 2 years (128.08333333333$ Monthly Without Dev expenses), it will be for Cloudflare, First time it will be 120$ Then 20$ monthly.

2. I can refuse anyone after talking to him.
   
3. The Deal Will be For 2 years.
   
4. You will be a Staff Member.
   
5. You will get a Monthly percentage of the Forum income.
   
6. You will not have the access to the Members Data.
   
7. If you want to cancel the deal after a few months, you will not get anything back but your Monthly income won't Stop (We will Discuss This).
   
8. You will not have anything to protect yourself if I cancel the deal (i won't risk members privacy for any reason you can only trust me)
