Then I asked the supporter if I could refund my lost time but he blocked my key and blocked my account.

So its the owner or the support and he cant fix anything ? imagine scamming ppl for 10€ ..

They really went to shit then I remember half a year ago I used them constantly and never had an issue also their support yeah they dont speak english but they did fix it. Too bad I guess they were one of the few decent cheap proxy providers.
