I won, sent him a message, seen him online few times yesterday, today, and it's still unread. just as the second person from "200$" giveaway, still not drawn

He probably don't give a fuck about a ban, and just wanted to have few more days of free advertisement
btw idc about his 10$, I'm just disgusted
