This guy makes multi-accounts to promote his SMM Panel and his alt's got banned but his main isn't?

https://cracked.io/smmgreen - Main account - Linked to the SMM Today ban reason.
Wouldn't this also have consequences on the main account?
Seems pretty scummy to need to promote on other people's thread to get attention.
