My Paypal has Been banned perm in paypal [Looking for recoverable Expert]

PayPal has banned my Paypal, and It is a USA Account with SSN and driver's license verified.

How did it get banned?
- A nigga sent me 35$ g&s, and PayPal held my account and asked for my driver's license a second time, I provided it, and the next day of it, I got an email saying it's banned [MF NIGGA PAYPAL BS]

Why am I telling my story here?
- Well, there comes the main part: I am looking for a PayPal expert who can recover it by changing personal to business and submitting documents. Like this, my permanently banned PayPal will be recovered back. I will pay for it if he recovers it.

How do I know?
- Because I heard someone in cracked.io does, I need to find out who he is. If he reads it, don't hesitate to contact me. Secondly, I had done this thing before I once recovered it, but it was two years ago, and I forgot the process. If I try it on my PayPal, they might never recover my account, so I don't want to risk it
