I want to bind 2 apk (1 rat apk and 1 legit apk that I create)

First question : Is it possible? (I already removed playprotect alert and error message, I am ok to this side)

Seconde question : If this is possible, How?

I heard that even if victims uninstall the app, the android phone is still infected, because it uninstall only the app, the rat app is on setting menu for uninstall it



I am looking for this, if you can help me you are welcome, I will pay you if your infos is corrects and resolve my problem
