I bought it on a friend's name


Im deciding to open case against it 

I sent partially 1k to his bank directly 

Is it possible to open case and win it?

This might work:
step 1 - go to transaction and file an "Item Not Described" Or "Received Case".
step 2 - open up paypal on app then tell Paypal that u would like to report an "Unauthorised Charge", normaly they would follow through.
step 3 - click on link, copy & paste the link to their live chat support.
step 4 - they may ask few Qs such as "When u noticed it" . then say for example "This Morning" 
step 5 - they will reset ur pwd, give them code received in email.
step 6 - after 30-60 min they *might* refund the payment.
